Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policys

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

The shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is free for orders over 1000 MAD. For orders under 1000 MAD, we charge 40 MAD for large cities, 55 MAD for small towns and 60 MAD for Dakhla and Laayoune. Deliveries are made from 11am Monday to Friday. We will contact you by (SMS with the phone number or E-mail) that you provided when ordering to notify you of the day of receipt.

International shipping

We offer international shipping services to the following countries: [list of countries]. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Dream Carving is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are at your expense as a customer.

Our Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For all other reasons, you must contact the customer service to explain them the reasons of your return of articles. You have a maximum of 7 days to return the item.

Refunds :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds :

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Promotional Items :

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not.

Exchanges :

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@dreamcarving.ma so we can arrange your exchange.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the originator had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the originator, and they will inquire about your return.

Shipping:

To return your product, email us at contact@dreamcarving.ma so we can tell you the best place to ship it, based on your location.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $50 / €50, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
